Triumphant at New Millennium School's "Rising Voices" Debate!

OOS hosted the UAE CBSE Cluster Table Tennis Tournament on 30th September 2023. A total of 105 students from 11 Schools across UAE participated in the tournament.

In the annals of OOS -  2023-24, INNOTECH's third act unfolded, hosted with pride by Our Own English High School (Girls). This innovative extravaganza assumed the noble task of addressing six Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), inspiring students to craft practical solutions using technology.

The OOS Badminton team secured the first runner-up  position in the in the U-19 - CBSE UAE Cluster Badminton Tournament which was held at St. Joseph’s School, Abu Dhabi on 21st – 22nd September 2023 and have qualified for the CBSE National Badminton Tournament -2023-24 to be held in India.

Aintilaqa’a baraaqa:our own first Inter-school Arabic competition series, ignited a spark of excellence on Thursday, September 14, 2023. Hosted by the Arabic Language Department, this initiative aimed to cultivate Arabic language proficiency among the students.

OOS team secured 4 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medals in the CBSE UAE Cluster Judo championship which was held at GEMS New Millennium School, AL KHAIL on 17^th September 2023. 

The Primary Students' Talent show Rhapsody was a spectacular showcase of the immense talent and creativity that our young students possess.

The first-ever Inter-school Debate Competition for the students of the Primary was held in Our Own English High School -Sharjah on the 12^th of June, 2023. The participants articulated their thoughts with great poise, composure and passion on the topic – ‘Social media kills family time.’ 

The Intra-school teachers' debate session, "Take De-Bait," held at Our Own English High School Sharjah (Girls) on 1st June, 2023, proved to be a resounding success. With the motion "Given a choice, I would still want to be a teacher," the event was moderated by Mr. Michael Guzder, Senior Vice President – Indian Schools , GEMS Education.
