Rekha Saklani has eighteen years of experience as an educator and has always been passionate about teaching. She joined OOS, Sharjah in 2007 and since then she has been creating a dynamic and forward-looking research environment for every student. She had been entrusted with the responsibilities of House Mistress and currently shouldering the responsibility of Phase-3 SST, Head of Department. She is actively involved in evaluating curriculum coherence and ensures that it offers the total experience.
Ms. Saklani believes in a strong work ethic; committed to deadlines and do whatever it takes to deliver. She has a steady approach and bends with the needs of the situation. Her greatest strength is as a problem solver. She has the ability to see a situation from different perspectives and accomplish a task. She is fervent about her work and tries to bring new initiatives in her department.
